Wonderful yoga book A must-have reference book for yoga practitioners of all levels. Wish I bought this earlier! A good overview of Yoga This book is a very clear guide to the art of yoga. It includes the brief history of yoga too This gives you background information as well as a starting point of how to begin the practise and how to start the positions as well as how to advance once you have mastered the Asanas(positions)There is also breathing exercises and diets to follow as well as some good recipes! I found it very helpful as I was attending a yoga training course. Great! I really like this book. With very clear images and even examples of what are the most common mistakes, you'd be pressed to do it wrong... It accommodates for all levels, with descriptions of how you can progress in each asana. I have used it often and loved it. |
